If we have to Update 7221 just to use this example, perhaps we should choose a different example. 7221 is only Informational, so whatever it says in there isn't an approved process anyway, but I feel like establishing an adoption process (or lack thereof) is outside of the scope of this document. |

Yeah I was very on the edge about whether the update was necessary. Happy to remove it. I do think clarifying adoption would be good one way or another (consensus vs non-consensus) -- both have been claimed. |
