Improve ticket messages view order

I think it is better to use normal chronological order which latest messages be at the bottom like GitHub and other. Because the current view shows newest messages first, making it harder to follow and reply.

Also ensure the same order in PDF export

• SLA time

• Id
• Title

@jesperpedersen I do not get it. Are we only care about the Messages section inside each ticket, specifically if it should be chronological or reverse order as it is now?

@ahmedmmordi I was thinking about the ticket view ("Active tickets", ..). Inside a ticket view we likely only need the date (asc/desc). Default should be what we have now, a sort option and a profile level default

I have a question: I’ll start with the ticket messages order inside the ticket and the PDF export being in ascending order, as described in the issue.

For the ticket list view sorting (Active tickets) mentioned in the comments, should I implement that as well in the same issue?
