In this first version there are two Apps included, which analyze current clamp data from .abf files. 

SetCursors.mlapp
Use this App to create a cursors’ file (.crs), which will be used later for the analysis of sweeps. 
Cursors indicate the periods on your traces that will be considered.

Excitability.mlapp
This App detects spikes, analyses the shape of spikes and creates an input/output graph.
