I am removing the package build and upload to test.pypi.org for every commit to
mainbecause test.pypi.org doesn't support the python "local versions" (which include+{git-hash}in the version string). And rather than alter the version string format (to remove the git hash), I think pushing every commit to the pypi test site is probably overkill.action log with failed upload to test.pypi.org: https://github.com/mlcast-community/mlcast/actions/runs/26891190737/job/79323094961
