Summary:

Treat completion facts as execution records and recover configured time during schema migration
Correct settled versus unsettled unconfigured-time counts while preserving direct time editing
Add compact once-daily weight entry, remove duplicate detail entry, and remove the purple input focus frame

Validation:

npm run typecheck
npm test (158 passed)
npm run build
Browser QA against local SQLite data
