The campaign drafts, metrics script, and post calendar in docs/promotion now live in a private campaign repository. The captioned previews in assets/promotion stay here because the README, site, and package use them, so build-media.py moves to scripts/ to keep them reproducible.

Removes
docs/promotion/(campaign calendar, post drafts, response sheet, metrics script). That material now lives in a private campaign repository.Kept:
assets/promotion/preview media, which the README, site, and package reference.docs/promotion/build-media.pymoves toscripts/build-media.pywith its repository root adjusted, so the previews stay reproducible.References updated in CONTRIBUTING.md and docs/distribution.md, and docs/pets.md. Historical CHANGELOG entries are left as written.
Verified locally:
npm run check,npm test, andnpm run test:packagepass;git grep docs/promotionfinds only CHANGELOG history;scripts/build-media.pyresolves the repository root (in agent-starwars it rebuilt byte-identical media). Merges cleanly with the open sibling-link and release PRs.
