Filtering by package resets project filter

Steps to reproduce

1. filter projects e.g. by name
2. filter projects by package by selecting a package
3. deselect the selected package

What happens

Step 2: the project list is empty eventhough applying the package filter first, then the project filter, returns results.
Step 3: the project filter is ignored, all projects are displayed
