Closes #7.

Lays the repo out by language ahead of the TypeScript package: the shared label list stays at the root, and the Go module, its tasks, README and lint config move into a go directory with a copy of the licence for the module zip. A root task runner runs the workflow lint and the Go checks, and the root README covers the languages, the shared labels and the per-language tag prefixes. Merge this together with datum-cloud/go-imports#75, which points the vanity import path at the new directory; between the two merges, nothing newer than v0.3.0 resolves.

Test plan

  • CI task passes from the root on the Go floor, the latest Go, and the newest controller-runtime
  • The generated-labels check fails when the root label list changes
  • After both merges, tag go/v0.4.0 and fetch it through the module proxy and directly
  • v0.3.0 still resolves through the module proxy

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

A TypeScript package will share labels.yaml with the Go module. Laying the
repo out by language keeps each toolchain isolated and lets each language be
versioned and tagged on its own.

Key changes:
- move the module, its Taskfile, README and lint config into go
- keep labels.yaml at the root and generate from it there
- add a root Taskfile whose ci runs the workflow lint and go:ci
- add a root README covering languages, shared labels and tag prefixes
- copy LICENSE into go so the module zip carries it
