Playwright 1.58.2's browser download never finishes on Node 26, so the UI job hangs at "playwright install" until it is cancelled. 1.64.1 downloads Chromium on Node 26 and the suite passes. Key features/changes: - @playwright/test moves from 1.58.2 to 1.64.1 in the UI lockfile, with the range floor raised to match
