Adds a taste preferences flow with a swipe-based onboarding step, a profile settings screen, and mobile hooks/services for reading, saving, and recording preference signals.
Adds the backend preferences API plus the Drizzle user_preferences schema/migration, shared genre/mood vocabulary, and preference query keys so API and mobile share one contract.
Updates onboarding to route Letterboxd import users through taste before platforms and exposes taste preferences from profile settings, while simplifying shared settings rows and Set toggle helpers.
Validation: mobile/api typecheck, lint, and format checks; shared/db typecheck and format checks; git diff checks.
