* fix(ios): badge the app icon with the real pending count The app icon permanently showed (1) on iPhone: every visible push hardcoded aps.badge = 1, the silent sync push deleted the badge key (which means "leave unchanged" on iOS, not "clear"), and the client never reset it. Server: - getPendingBadgeCount(userId) counts the user's pending notificationHistory records, using the existing userId/status indexes. - sendNotification sends that absolute count instead of 1, and omits the badge key entirely when the user id is unknown so iOS leaves the current badge untouched rather than showing a wrong number. - Silent sync pushes now keep the badge, which is what makes it drop to 0 on the user's other devices once a request is handled elsewhere. - Message assembly moved into a pure buildPushMessage() so the payload can be asserted in tests. - The sync and test pushes now carry userId so the count is computable. Client: - clearBadge: true on iOS init, plus a badge reset from the global resume listener, so a missed sync push can't strand a stale badge. Android is untouched (badge lives only in the apns payload), and the forceShow/APPROVAL category wiring for Apple Watch actions is unchanged. Refs #504 * fix(ios): carry userId on the admin diagnostic push Review feedback on #505. The admin test-push endpoint already knows the target user, but did not pass it to sendNotification, so that push omitted aps.badge instead of carrying the real pending count.
