Users can now comment '/generate-summary' on any PR to regenerate the formatted description on demand. The workflow still auto-triggers for PRs opened without a body. A rocket emoji reaction confirms the command was received. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
