- Parse X-Amz-Target SQS requests as target-style traffic\n- Return JSON for ListQueues target-style responses while keeping XML query responses\n- Add regression coverage for target-style parsing and smoke test compatibility
- add AWS-shaped message contract helpers for send, batch, receive, and visibility payloads
- expose message seam methods on the SQS service interface and stub message batch entrypoints
- mark Phase 39 message actions in the registry and expand contract tests for AWS field names
- add SendMessage and batch mutation helpers

- persist message delivery state with MD5 and FIFO sequencing

- cover message batch success/failure behavior in service tests
- add message action dispatch and AWS-shaped response writers

- preserve AWS request parameter names for query and target-style payloads

- cover SendMessage, ReceiveMessage, and batch routing in HTTP tests
- mark lifecycle and message actions as supported in the registry
- route dispatch decisions from registry support instead of service policy
- add registry regressions for supported, deferred, and policy-agnostic message routing
- add AWS SDK send/receive/delete/change-visibility coverage against the local endpoint
- keep batch entry behavior covered through service-level regression tests
- preserve queue and message round-trip expectations after the transport changes
