If the maximum memory limit of the video replay buffer is exceede before the time limit, then the oldest frames will be discarded. When this occurs, the old packets in the audio replay buffer are discarded to match the start time of the oldest video frame. This setting only applies to the memory size of the video replay buffer. The size of the audio is not significant in comparison. closes #125
