Added a comment for the agbmain function so maps can parse it. also fixed a missing "@brief" in chozoball that was probably causing maps to miss it. And made a handful of minor comments as I was reading through some functions.
I'm going to familiarize myself more before I actually dedicate time to adding truly useful comments. This was mostly just to understand the workflow.
