• "Hey torch" voice wake — hands-free dictation via Silero VAD. Say "hey torch" to start dictation without touching the keyboard
• Text replacements — auto-correct names, acronyms, and domain terms (e.g., executorch -> ExecuTorch)
• Snippets — say a trigger phrase to paste pre-written templates (e.g., "email signature")
• Sidebar navigation — Home, Replacements, Snippets, Wake, and Settings pages
• Session history polish — pinning, recency grouping (Today/Yesterday/Earlier), multi-format export (.txt, .json, .srt)
• Mic silence detection — detects zero-audio from permission issues and shows actionable error
• Wake toggle shortcut — Ctrl+Shift+W to enable/disable voice wake

Download & Install

Download both .part1 and .part2 files, then reassemble:

Requirements

• macOS 14.0+ (Sonoma)
• Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4/M5)

First launch

1. Open the app — grant Microphone and Accessibility access when prompted
2. The model loads automatically (~8s on first load)
3. Say "Hey torch" to start dictation, or press Ctrl+Space
4. Explore Replacements, Snippets, and Wake settings in the sidebar
