Maint/firebase collection cleanup

Problem

Solution

• deprecated writes to results collection
• removed firebase cleanup workflow and scripts, retention is now handled by s3 and the frontend
• simplified post_and_open_file flow to skip firebase metadata writes, only uploads to s3 and then open new tab in simularium
