…th pagination - Added a new read model `Bitrix24AccountReadModel` to fetch all active Bitrix24 accounts (`status = active`) with pagination and stable sorting by `createdAt`. - Implemented functional tests to verify correct filtering, pagination metadata, and sorting behavior. - Throws `InvalidArgumentException` for invalid sort directions.
