Both agents obeyed every prohibition in all runs, and all six fetch-title runs stopped with STATUS: blocked instead of installing the missing dependency. Claude skipped the test suite in 2 of 3 runs after stopping, and 4 of its 12 final messages ran over the 120-word limit (one sits exactly on the boundary; both readings are reported). Codex followed all seven rules in 12/12 runs. Also: the runner uses `-a never exec --sandbox workspace-write` because newer Codex CLIs dropped --full-auto, and gains --stop-on-failure for usage limits. Failed and repeated runs are disclosed in the README.
Adds docs/exp04-results.svg, generated from summary.json by experiments/04-controlled-run/render_results.py: a meter per rule and agent with a status badge and count, in light and dark themes. The README now opens with the real result, then how to run keeptrue on your own sessions, then how it was checked against its own mistakes. The illustrative demo moves under "What a report looks like".
