Registers Spanish (Spain) locale "es-ES" as an alias for the existing Spanish (Mexico) formatters to provide localization support for Spanish users in Spain.
- Adds es-ES locale registration using existing Spanish (Mexico) formatters

The variable spanishMexico is referenced but not defined or imported in this file. This will cause a compilation error unless spanishMexico is exported from another package in this module.
