Branch based versioning

This is one unique versioning type that is targeting to fix multiple problems like:

• Avoid automatically increase versions after multiple feat commits.
• More control on feature release and versioning.

for example:
when feat/* is merged to release branch, minor version increase happens also this is true for fix/*.
