This proposal changes the two Electron manifests to 43.5.0 without updating pnpm-lock.yaml. CI stops at ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE before quality/tests can run. The preload manifest also remains on 43.2.0. Closing this incomplete version update rather than merging a tree that cannot pass the frozen install.
