This folder contains a number of jupyter notebooks that I've created in the past to do a number
of things MR project related. 

- CreateBoxesBasedOnCoordinates
	This notebook takes a number of MNI coordinates and creates a nifti file that has a 
	single voxel at that given coordinate.
- DWIMrtrixPreprocessingPipeline
	This notebook preprocesses the 3T DWI AHEAD dataset using the MRTrix pipeline steps
