Generate the expression UI based on the Column Type and the Condition chosen

Generate the expression UI (the one line) based on the column type and also the 
condition chosen.

This will just deal with conditions like "is not null", "is null", it will not 
deal with stuff like populated drop downs, reg-ex evaluation etc.
