Fails if package.json, plugin.yaml, plugin.json and marketplace.json disagree, or if a release tag does not match them (the stale-manifest bug ponytail hit in v4.8.0). Locally: 33 JS + 19 Python tests pass. The workflow has not run on GitHub yet.
