docs: clarify ZPTTLink works with any PTT app, not just Zello - #20

Nothing about the bridge mechanism (hotkey injection, ADB tap, hardware PTT line, audio routing) is Zello-specific - it's generic to any app with some kind of PTT trigger and an audio path. Adds a "Works With Any PTT App" section naming other popular PTT/walkie-talkie apps (CB Talk, Voxer, TeamSpeak, Discord) and explaining what actually determines compatibility (trigger + audio path, not the app itself), plus a Features bullet and a light touch to the Android Runtime Targets intro so it doesn't read as Zello-exclusive.
