I don't think "initial setup" is part of marketers work

- Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts (lead capture, nurture, segmentation, lifecycle stages)
- Familiarity with email marketing practice and deliverability basics
- Basic HTML/CSS reading ability, sufficient to paste a tracking script or adjust a template block

not sure if that's really required for a Marketer

### Learning Objectives
- Explain what Mautic is and the marketing problems it solves
- Describe how contacts, components, channels and campaigns relate to one another

If we refer to the applications performance, that shouldn't be of interest for the Marketer (imho)

Not sure either, if that's relevant for Marketer

- Testing an email before sending
- Tracking opened emails and tracking links in emails
- Unsubscribing; online version; contact replies
- Bounce management: monitored inbox, webhook bounce management, segment of bounced emails
