blast_parsing

A couple scripts to parse BLAST output and retrieve the target sequences

Works well as of BLAST 2.2.31+

First blast with -outfmt 5

Then parse_xml.py on the output of that BLAST

Then retrieve_blast_hits.py on the parsed output
