Adds an Overview section explaining what Stacker does (stacked branches/PRs, the trunk and trailing-trunk model, automatic restacking, and that PRs go through the GitHub API directly), and a Commands section documenting each command group, its subcommands, and their short aliases.
Command names and aliases were taken from the current
cli/command tree andshortAliasvalues.Happy to adjust wording as you see fit.
