Adds a count command to the notes CLI.

node notes.js count prints how many notes exist, e.g. You have 3 notes. (singular 1 note when there is exactly one). The help text lists the new command.

Existing tests pass; no new test covers count.

Review Summary

Your implementation successfully adds the count command to the notes CLI as required by the task. The code correctly handles singular/plural grammar ("1 note" vs "N notes"), updates the help text to include the new command, and integrates properly with the existing store module. All core requirements from the task are satisfied - the count command works correctly, existing functionality is preserved, and the help message has been updated. The implementation follows existing code patterns and uses the existing store.all() method as expected.
