Also replace `getParentFragment` with `requireParentFragment`, because of nullability androidx.preference still relies on TargetFragment, so a FIXME comment was added to remember contributors to periodically check if this is still needed
- Also refactors PresetUniformAdapter's ViewHolder/getView to use attributes, because `android.R.color.primary_text_dark? is deprecated - Uses colorOnPrimarySurfaceVariant for rationales of uniforms
