CH340T's VCC connecting +5V is an error, We need to connect CH340T's VCC to +3.3V. Because V3 pin is connecting external +3.3V. And V3 pin's define as below:
connects of VCC to input outside power while 3.3V,
connects of 0.01uF decoupling capacitance outside while 5V
VCC=+5V, TXD and RXD is +5V. However ESP82's voltage uses +3.3V
