Todo Gutter

A plugin that shows an exclamation in the gutter on lines that contain a TODO comment.

Installation:

1. Download the zip.
2. Unzip.
3. Rename folder to "TodoGutter".
4. Move folder into Packages.

Usage:

TODO comments are found on file load and save.

Update the settings to change the regex for TODOs to your liking.
