Removing bower as a dependency

Howdy,

This project is awesome, thank you for taking the time to make it.
My intention here is to simplify the installation process by removing bower and only using npm.

Yes, it's most likely because Windows doesn't use the 'cp' command. My bad, I'll take a look again when I get time.
