🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: Missing timeout configuration in a subprocess.run call executing an external validation script (SKILL_VALIDATOR).
🎯 Impact: If the validation script hangs or is stuck in an infinite loop, the parent process blocks indefinitely, leading to resource exhaustion or a Denial of Service (DoS).
πŸ”§ Fix: Added a timeout=30 parameter to the subprocess.run call and a try/except block to gracefully handle subprocess.TimeoutExpired. Also added explicit error reporting to sys.stderr when validation fails or times out.
βœ… Verification: Verified via syntax check (python3 -m py_compile) and running the full test suite to ensure no regressions were introduced.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8643282032469270279 started by @mapleleaflatte03

Added a 30-second timeout to the `subprocess.run` call executing `SKILL_VALIDATOR` in `intelligence/meridian_gateway.py` to prevent potential Denial of Service (DoS) if the validation script hangs. Explicitly caught `subprocess.TimeoutExpired` and added standard error reporting to `sys.stderr` for both timeout and non-zero exit code failures.
