本次提交完成了班级组织仓库的初始搭建： 1. 添加通用.gitignore规则 2. 新增完整的社区文档：README、贡献指南、行为准则、安全策略、支持渠道说明、仓库索引 3. 配置4个GitHub Actions工作流：自动欢迎新人、 stale清理、标签同步、仓库健康检查 4. 添加PR与Issue模板规范
1. 重写README.md说明仓库自动生效的模板与功能 2. 修正SUPPORT.md中的仓库链接与废弃提示 3. 更新INVENTORY.md匹配当前仓库实际配置
