feat: switch deployment from GitHub Pages to Cloudflare Pages - #1

- Replace pages upload/deploy with cloudflare/pages-action@v1 - Simplify vite base to '/' (Cloudflare Pages serves at root) - Remove GitHub Pages-specific permissions (pages:write, id-token:write) - Add Cloudflare API token and account ID prerequisites to README The WASM build (wasm-pack + Rust toolchain) stays on the GitHub runner. Production deployments are triggered by v* tags or workflow_dispatch. Requires CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID secrets to be set in the GitHub repository.

Summary
Switch production deployment from GitHub Pages to Cloudflare Pages.
The WASM build (wasm-pack + Rust toolchain) stays on the GitHub Actions runner — only the deploy step changes.

vite.config.ts: Simplify base to'/'— Cloudflare Pages serves at root, so the GitHub Pages path prefix (/<repo-name>/) is no longer needed.github/workflows/deploy-pages.yml: Replaceactions/upload-pages-artifact+actions/deploy-pageswithcloudflare/pages-action@v1.
