Production run 33449079078 built all six Windows source workers, then exposed a worker-only ZIP policy rejecting the reviewed Arcadia app bundle. Align the entry bound with Cortex runtime (512), safely allow zero-byte directory records, require app assets under dist/, keep source/bridge archives exact, and validate kosmos-host vs worker targets by package kind. The real Arcadia v0.1.8 archive passes locally; traversal, collisions, executable extras, symlinks, reparse entries, bombs, and source license checks remain fail-closed. bun run check passes all 23 tests. Relates to #1.
