- 新增使用者/管理員導覽列語言切換 (EN | 繁中) 指向 u/set_lang - 增加 U::set_lang 端點，白名單驗證後寫入 Cookie 並返回來源頁 - 調整 HTML lang 屬性為 en/zh-Hant - 管理後台頁面 (儀表板、API 設定、客戶/帳號/工單、SSL、設定、帳號設定、cPanel 登入、網域擴充) 將硬編碼英文改為語言字典 - 使用者設定頁主題選項改為可翻譯 - 補齊英/繁語言鍵：heading/title/table/label/button/paragraph 等 - 維持現有 Cookie 優先順序與 Base 初始化預設語言 注意：不變更既有路由與樣式；缺鍵時以英文回退
