Adds VoxScribe, an open-source Windows dictation app: hold a global hotkey anywhere to record, transcribes locally via faster-whisper (no cloud API), and types the result directly into whatever app has focus. Also ships an Android companion app (custom keyboard + floating dictation bubble).
