Adds OrcaRouter Lite to projects.yaml under the ai topic, alphabetically between MLflow and Polyaxon.

A self-hosted LLM gateway: one OpenAI-compatible endpoint in front of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, Together and Fireworks, using the operator's own provider keys, with automatic failover, streaming, and per-request model selection by cost, latency or quality. MIT, ships with Docker/compose, actively maintained.

On the project criteria: it is not "well-known" in the general sense — ~590 stars and 76 forks after three months — so this is submitted against the "prominently used in an identifiable niche" reading (self-hosted LLM gateways). Entirely your call if that bar isn't met.

Description follows the file's conventions: no mention of Python, licensing, or the project's own name.

Disclosure: I contribute to OrcaRouter Lite.

Self-hosted LLM gateway (MIT). Placed alphabetically between MLflow and
Polyaxon in the ai section.
