The homepage mixed 2026 competition information with older photos, standings, and sponsors. This change gives 2024 and Fall 2025 their own archive pages and focuses the homepage on entering the current competition.
Validation:
bun run check, bun run size:check, andgit diff --checkpass. Browser checks covered all five pages at 1280px, 390px, and 320px in both themes, direct loads/reloads, sponsor assignments, archive content, keyboard navigation, and theme persistence. The final logo, hiring-link, and restored hero adjustments were verified in the local preview; build and size checks passed again.Lighthouse completed 15 runs. Its best-practices gate fails for the homepage and archives due to third-party cookies/browser issues; the homepage also reports existing map-tile HTTP 403 errors on localhost. The 2024 archive has an LCP warning (~2.63s). Accessibility and SEO scored 100 across the audited pages. The Lighthouse run preceded the final logo-placement, hiring-link, and hero adjustments.
