  • Update translucency option to reflect macos_window_utils
  • Update MainFlutterWindow.swift to out-of-the-box configuration
  • Update minimum OS built target to 10.14.6
  • Add macos_window_utils configuration options
  • Require Flutter 3.10 and Dart 3 minimum versions
