t3 triage labeled the CLI package version as the installed version, so npx t3 triage diagnosed against that binary instead of the desktop app or service the bug happened on. The context now names the triage CLI separately and records serverVersion from the live server. The playbook asks which version the bug happened on before cloning. t3 triagewrote the CLI processpackageJson.versionasInstalled version.npx t3 triageis whichevert3npm resolved, so the agent cloned that tag even when the desktop app or background service was a newer build.The context file now labels that value as the triage CLI version and, when
server-runtime.jsonhas a live pid, recordsserverVersionfromGET /.well-known/t3/environment. Desktop and service installs publish that field. The playbook, which older CLIs already fetch frommain, tells the agent to ask which version, device, and surface the bug happened on before cloning, and to treat the probed server version as a local fact to check against that answer.
