Prepare braille repo scaffold and document source-import blocker

  • Added an explicit progress/checklist update to the PR thread documenting:
    • repository baseline state (README.md only),
    • that no existing test/lint/build infra is present,
    • and that source import is blocked by inaccessible upstream files.
  • Verified local branch/repo state and fetched origin/main history to confirm files are not already present in this repo.

• Current blocker

  • Upstream paths could not be resolved from this runtime (404/403), so file-copy work could not be completed without a reachable source location or direct file contents.
