However, they either cost $20 a month to maintain or have features that are too rigid for my family's small business. I've been encouraged to delve into mobile development! This is my first app. I can learn at least learn how Android development works if not actually create a working application (but I'm shooting for the latter). The database can be stored in the device's memory, so I don't see why a working application should cost $20 a month. My code here will be messy, as I've started from scratch and still trying to learn my way into Android, but it will get better!
