Added toy example and bare bones structure

• Added a toy example
• Created a skeleton of Logger, Crawler, Parser, ParserType
  • This skeleton has a lot of TODO which will be eventually filled.

Thank you Surya. This pull request shows one good illustration that how ADX should work on one case. I think it is the time to make a simplifed and abstract frame work. Since this pull request has been diverage from the master too much. I will make a new master based on your branch and decision we made in the telecon. You can rebase from the new one.
