Docs: point to the UNHRDB Claude skills (README, llms.txt, About) - #3

The README, llms.txt and the About page now describe the Claude plugin in lszoszk/mcp-unhrdb (connector + four research skills) and how to install it. llms.txt also gains a short section on using the database from an AI assistant: the connector address, its tools, and the two rules that matter most (quote verbatim with symbol and paragraph; bare search words are all required).
