Data: the eight GA 81 reports rebuilt from their Word files - #17

UN Documents has published the Word files for A/81/373, 343, 340, 339, 286, 270, 261 and 255, so they are re-cut from the DOCX in the pipeline (generalcomments-pipeline, branch data/sp-ga81-docx) like the other 25: headings and footnotes now follow the published text, and the "Word file not yet published" note no longer shows for them. About, README, llms.txt and .zenodo.json: 326,448 paragraphs; 1,550 of 1,631 SP reports from the Word file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
