Publishes the completed dated benchmark for the 11 DigitalOcean-hosted open-model endpoints measured on 28–29 August 2026. Includes the 1,232-request matched six-hour study, exact 44-cell adaptive-load and fixed-rate matrices, capability/caching/context evidence, uncertainty intervals, endpoint decision pages, deterministic hashes, a recursive public-safety receipt, and reproducible build/verification commands. Removes the withdrawn interim atlas.\n\nValidation: 10 focused tests; lint clean; publication verifier passes 44 capacity cells, 44 fixed-rate cells, 176 coverage cells, 66 limit cells, 770 panel rows, 110 across-panel rows, 55 matched cache rows, 8 figures, 28 PDF pages, and 35 recursively scanned files with zero findings. Every page was rendered and visually inspected.
